Single-cell omics technologies help to reveal the differential use of genomic information different cell types composing plant species, during differentiation, and in response environmental stresses. Accessing high-resolution molecular is important better disclose biological function each gene mechanisms controlling their expression and, ultimately, develop new strategies enhance physiological phenotypical traits.
